• Pro­to­ty­p­ing & Test­ing: He builds a simp­le model of the house and lets poten­ti­al resi­dents test whe­ther they can find their way around.

It lays the invi­si­ble foun­da­ti­on for a house in which you feel com­for­ta­ble and find ever­y­thing intui­tively.
