As an aut­ho­ri­zed affi­lia­te (Affi­lia­te) of Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten, you agree to abide by the terms and con­di­ti­ons con­tai­ned in this agree­ment (Agree­ment). Plea­se read the enti­re Agree­ment careful­ly befo­re regis­tering and pro­mo­ting Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten as an Affi­lia­te.

Your par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on in the pro­gram is sole­ly for the pur­po­se of legal­ly pro­mo­ting our web­site in order to earn a com­mis­si­on on mem­ber­ships and pro­ducts purcha­sed by peo­p­le refer­red to Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten through your own web­site or per­so­nal recom­men­da­ti­ons.

By sig­ning up for the Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten Affi­lia­te Pro­gram (Pro­gram), you agree to be bound by this Agree­ment and its terms and con­di­ti­ons.

Appr­oval or rejec­tion of the appli­ca­ti­on

We reser­ve the right to appro­ve or reject ANY Affi­lia­te Pro­gram Appli­ca­ti­on in our sole and abso­lu­te dis­cre­ti­on. You have no recour­se against us for rejec­tion of your Affi­lia­te Pro­gram appli­ca­ti­on.

Com­mis­si­ons

Com­mis­si­ons are paid out once a month. For an affi­lia­te to recei­ve a com­mis­si­on, the refer­red account must remain acti­ve for at least 31 days.

You can­not refer yours­elf and you will not recei­ve any com­mis­si­on on your own accounts.

Pay­ments are only sent for tran­sac­tions that have been suc­cessful­ly com­ple­ted. Tran­sac­tions that result in char­ge­backs or refunds will not be paid out.

Ter­mi­na­ti­on

Your part­ner appli­ca­ti­on and sta­tus in the pro­gram may be sus­pen­ded or ter­mi­na­ted for any of the fol­lo­wing reasons:

• Inap­pro­pria­te adver­ti­sing (fal­se claims, mis­lea­ding hyper­links, etc.).
• Spamming (mass e‑mails, mass news­group pos­tings, etc.).
• Adver­ti­sing on web­sites that con­tain or pro­mo­te ille­gal acti­vi­ties.
• Fail­ure to dis­c­lo­se the affi­lia­te rela­ti­onship for a pro­mo­ti­on that is dee­med an endor­se­ment under exis­ting Fede­ral Trade Com­mis­si­on gui­de­lines and regu­la­ti­ons or appli­ca­ble sta­te law.
• Inf­rin­ge­ment of intellec­tu­al pro­per­ty rights. Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten reser­ves the right to demand licen­se agree­ments from tho­se who use trade­marks of Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten in order to pro­tect our intellec­tu­al pro­per­ty rights.
• Offe­ring dis­counts, cou­pons or other pro­mi­sed kick­backs from your affi­lia­te com­mis­si­on as an incen­ti­ve. Howe­ver, adding bonu­ses or bund­ling other pro­ducts with Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten is accep­ta­ble.
• Self-refer­rals, frau­du­lent tran­sac­tions, suspec­ted affi­lia­te fraud.

In addi­ti­on, Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten reser­ves the right to ter­mi­na­te any affi­lia­te account at any time for breach of this agree­ment or wit­hout giving any reason.

Affi­lia­te links

You can use gra­phic and text links both on your web­site and in your e‑mail mes­sa­ges. You can also adver­ti­se the Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten web­site in online and off­line clas­si­fied ads, maga­zi­nes and news­pa­pers.

You may use the gra­phics and text we pro­vi­de or crea­te your own as long as they are dee­med appro­pria­te under the Terms and do not vio­la­te the pro­vi­si­ons descri­bed in the Ter­mi­na­ti­on sec­tion.

Vou­ch­er and deal sites

Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten occa­sio­nal­ly offers cou­pons for sel­ec­ted affi­lia­tes and for our news­let­ter sub­scri­bers. If you have not pre-appro­ved / assi­gned a brand cou­pon, you may not pro­mo­te the cou­pon. Below are the terms and con­di­ti­ons that app­ly to any affi­lia­te con­side­ring pro­mo­ting our pro­ducts in rela­ti­on to a deal or cou­pon:

• Affi­lia­tes may not use mis­lea­ding text on affi­lia­te links, but­tons or images to imply that any­thing other than curr­ent­ly aut­ho­ri­zed busi­ness is being con­duc­ted with the respec­ti­ve affi­lia­te.
• Affi­lia­tes may not offer Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten cou­pons, Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten dis­counts or other phra­ses indi­ca­ting that cou­pons are available.

Pay-per-click poli­cy (PPC)

PPC bids are NOT per­mit­ted wit­hout pri­or writ­ten aut­ho­riza­ti­on.

Lia­bi­li­ty

Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten shall not be lia­ble for indi­rect or inci­den­tal dama­ges (loss of sales, com­mis­si­ons) due to affi­lia­te track­ing errors, loss of data­ba­se files or con­se­quen­ces of dama­ge to the pro­gram and/or our web­sites.

We make no war­ran­ties, express or impli­ed, with respect to the Pro­gram and/or the mem­ber­ships or pro­ducts sold by Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten. We make no cla­im that the ope­ra­ti­on of the Pro­gram and/or our website(s) will be error-free, and we will not be lia­ble for any inter­rup­ti­ons or errors.

Term of the agree­ment

The term of this agree­ment beg­ins when you join the pro­gram and ends when your affi­lia­te account is ter­mi­na­ted.

The terms of this Agree­ment are sub­ject to chan­ge by us at any time. If any chan­ge to the terms of this Agree­ment is unac­cep­ta­ble to you, your only choice is to ter­mi­na­te your Affi­lia­te Account. Your con­tin­ued par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on in the Pro­gram con­sti­tu­tes your accep­tance of any chan­ge.

Con­fir­ma­ti­on code

Affi­lia­te shall indem­ni­fy and hold Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — The Digi­tal Worlds Experts and its affi­lia­tes, offi­cers, direc­tors, employees, licen­sees, suc­ces­sors and assigns, inclu­ding tho­se licen­sed or aut­ho­ri­zed by Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — The Digi­tal Worlds Experts to trans­mit and dis­tri­bu­te Mate­ri­als, from all lia­bi­li­ties, dama­ges, fines, judgments, claims, cos­ts, los­ses and expen­ses (inclu­ding reasonable att­or­neys’ fees and cos­ts) ari­sing out of or rela­ting to any and all claims ari­sing in con­nec­tion with this Agree­ment due to the negli­gence. Affiliate’s mis­re­pre­sen­ta­ti­on, non­dis­clo­sure or willful mis­con­duct.

Effec­ti­ve elec­tro­nic signa­tures

The Agree­ment is an elec­tro­nic con­tract that sets forth the legal­ly bin­ding terms and con­di­ti­ons of your par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on in the Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten affi­lia­te pro­gram. You agree to be bound by this Agree­ment and all terms and con­di­ti­ons con­tai­ned or refe­ren­ced in this Agree­ment by com­ple­ting the Com­pu­ter­BUT­LER — Die Exper­ten für digi­ta­le Wel­ten appli­ca­ti­on pro­cess. This action crea­tes an elec­tro­nic signa­tu­re that has the same legal force and effect as a hand­writ­ten signa­tu­re.
